I/We release Long Point Bay Yacht Club and its representatives from liability, claims, demands or any causes of action that may arise during my/our participation in any activities of the Long Point Bay Yacht Club. I agree to be solely responsible for the safety of myself/ourselves, crew and vessel and to take every precaution to that safety and wellbeing while participating in any activity of the Long Point Bay Yacht Club.

I agree to allow my/our name, boat name, slip number, email address and phone number to be posted on the secure login side of the Long Point Bay Yacht Club website, which is restricted to members only.
